This is a drop-in session. No reservation Needed. We appreciate if you can subscribe to our website if you are new to the studio. Format of session: 30 seconds, 1 min, 2 min, 5 min, 7 min, 10 min. We end with a long pose between 20 - 40 min. Fee is $20 Pay by Venmo, PayPal or cash during long break. Coffee, tea and snacks provided!
