Drop-in Sessions, Reservation online is not required but is appreciated.

$20 per session: cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal. All mediums are welcome.

Format: Format of session: 1-2 min poses x 20 min, 5 min poses x 20 min, 7 min poses x 21 min, 10 min poses x 20 min. Long break for 10 min. After the long break we will shift gear to long poses for the remaining 1 hour of the session.
