This is a drop-in session. We appreciate if you can make a reservation as well. Format of session: 2 min poses x 20 min, 5 min poses x 20 min, 10 min poses x 20 min. Long break for 10 min. After the long break we will shift gear to a long pose for the remainder of the session. Fee is $20 Pay by Venmo, PayPal or cash during long break. Coffee, tea and snacks provided!
